Hi, my name's Stephanie, psychology has been a part of my life for 18 years, and after I graduated from my MSc in Psychology I specialised in CBT and integrative psychotherapy. If you are feeling a bit 'stuck', lost, or at the end of your tether, then you are in the right place. The way we frame our experiences and the beliefs we hold about ourselves are the cause of self-disturbance. I will show you how to overcome this so you can achieve a complete, transformative and permanent change. Changing our beliefs, behaviours and emotions requires rewiring the brain, literally. Any successful therapy means creating new neural pathways and that's what we'll be doing, this is why the changes you make will be sustainable.
