What To Expect

I will give you a comprehensive idea of how the therapeutic process works and what to expect, and we'll discuss the best approach for you.

The process begins by creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. 
In your first session we'll identify the problem, discuss the context of the problem, and identify a goal.

Each session is one hour, and in the first session we'll discuss how many are needed.

My priority is that you are wholly cared for, and leave therapy having discovered what you need to achieve sustainable wellbeing.
