About Me

My name's Stephanie, I'm a qualified, insured psychotherapist and nutritionist. I'm extremely dedicated to those I help and incredibly fortunate to do what I do. My background spanning various disciplines means that I offer a unique approach to overall health and wellbeing.


My focus is in a type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy called Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) - developed ten years before CBT. I work with couples as well as individuals, and am also able to incorporate trauma informed therapy alongside REBT.

My clients can apply what they discover during therapy to other problems in the future, with a new and healthier approach to life, so it truly is a great investment.
